  • Inspect backgrounds, edges, small text and orientation in the final preview. Enlarging a small image does not add detail.

Weekday production · Nationwide shipping

Same-day production may be available for eligible orders completed before 12 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday. Payment, usable artwork and order details must be accepted; timing depends on review and capacity.

Weekends and holidays do not count as production days. Carrier transit begins after production. Buy Bulk DTF does not offer local pickup.

01Size and layout
Match your document to the exact sheet dimensions you select. A builder arranges individual graphics; the upload route expects a completed layout.
02Transparency and detail
Inspect backgrounds, edges, small type, and fine lines at the finished print size. A white background in your file can become part of the print.
03File formats
Use a format accepted by the current artwork tool. File limits differ by tool; check the limit displayed when uploading.
04Resolution
Check resolution at the size you will print. Enlarging a small image does not add detail. Use the artwork calculator as a planning aid, and ask us about uncertain files.
05Final review
Check size, orientation, quantity, and every graphic in the preview. Confirm whether mirroring is required for your chosen process before submitting.
06Your artwork
Submit artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Contact print support before ordering if you need help preparing a file.

Upload a print-ready hot-peel DTF gang sheet

Already have a finished layout? Upload your print-ready gang sheet for hot-peel DTF printing. Match the selected sheet size to your artwork dimensions, then choose your quantity in the upload tool. Upload PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, EPS or JPG files up to 2 GB.

Prepare your artwork

Check your artwork at the final print dimensions. Use 300 PPI as a planning reference, remove unwanted backgrounds and inspect transparent areas, edges and small text. Submit artwork you own or have permission to print. See the artwork guide for preparation help.

Apply your transfers

Printed hot-peel DTF film is supplied for heat-press apparel projects; garments and pressing services are not included. Check the garment care label and test on your intended blank before a full run. Follow the current pressing instructions.

Production and shipping

Eligible orders with payment, print-ready artwork and complete details accepted before 12 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday, may qualify for same-day production, subject to review and capacity. After-cutoff and weekend orders enter the next available production window; holidays are not production days. Carrier transit follows production. We ship nationwide and do not offer local pickup. Contact us with your product, size, quantity, destination, and required arrival date before ordering. Rush production depends on artwork readiness and availability; shipping time is separate.

Do you fix files on this path?

This path is designed for ready-to-print files. Orders needing cleanup should not rely on same-day timing.
