Production timing

Production begins after payment, usable print-ready artwork and all required order details have been accepted. Production days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Eligible orders completed before 12 PM Eastern on a production weekday may qualify for same-day production, subject to artwork review, selected service, order quantity and available capacity. The cutoff alone does not guarantee completion that day.

Orders received after the cutoff or on a weekend enter the next available production window. Production timing is separate from carrier transit. For a fixed arrival deadline, contact us before placing your order.

Supplies and Consumables
Ships same business day if ordered by 3 PM Eastern.

Shipping locations

We deliver to the United States. Shipping outside the continental US may incur an additional fee. Buy Bulk DTF offers shipping only; local pickup is not available.

Shipping Options

Available carrier services, shipping prices and any eligible free-shipping offer are shown at checkout for your destination and order. Expedited shipping does not shorten production time.

Please note that unforeseen delays may occur. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.

Tracking Numbers

You will receive a tracking number via email once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number.
