Pressing instructions

DTF

Match the settings to your transfer.

Use the instructions supplied for your exact DTF transfer. Confirm temperature, time, pressure, peel method, and any second press before starting.

  1. Prepare the garment

    Use a clean, dry garment. Check its care label and keep seams, zippers, and thick edges away from the pressing area.

  2. Position and press

    Lay the transfer in position and use the time, temperature, and pressure supplied for your specific transfer. Keep the film still during pressing.

  3. Peel and check

    Follow the specified hot, warm, or cold peel method. Check the edges and fine details before moving on to the full run.

Sublimation printing

Start with the blank’s requirements.

Sublimation settings depend on the specific blank or substrate. Confirm material compatibility, orientation, and the required application procedure before pressing.

  1. Check the blank

    Use a blank intended for sublimation and follow the blank supplier’s application guidance. Check the finished print dimensions against the usable area.

  2. Prepare the placement

    Confirm orientation, alignment, and any required mirroring. Use the protective materials and positioning method recommended for the blank.

  3. Press a test first

    Use settings specific to the blank and equipment. Check color, alignment, and the finished surface before repeating the process across a full batch.
